Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms explain the rules that users and VPNQN must follow when using VPNQN’s cross-border access and network acceleration subscription service. Please read them before using the service. Creating an account or using a subscription means you agree to these terms. Refund matters are covered in a separate policy and are not detailed on this page.
Service Scope and Applicability
VPNQN provides routes and access to companion clients for cross-border access and network acceleration. The service covers 110+ countries and 230+ routes, and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Available routes, client features, and connection performance depend on the service interface and network conditions at the time of use. Coverage in a region does not mean that every website or app in that region can be accessed.
Routes may change due to maintenance, network conditions, or changes to a service provider’s rules. Users should choose regions and routes suited to their access needs and follow the terms of the websites or apps they visit. VPNQN provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party services.
Account and Subscription Use
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for activity carried out under their accounts. If you suspect someone else may be using your account, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket through the service dashboard so the situation can be reviewed.
Subscriptions are for the account holder’s use, with no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This device policy does not permit reselling or renting out a subscription, or sharing an account with unrelated people. Users may not offer routes, subscription content, or account access to others as a standalone service, or distribute credentials in bulk to evade normal subscription rules.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and never expire. Traffic allowances and prices are listed on the Plans page; check your subscription details in the service dashboard before taking action.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and in the regions involved in their use of the service. Users are responsible for determining whether a particular access activity complies with applicable rules. VPNQN may not be used for unlawful activity, to infringe others’ rights, to disrupt other users’ connections, or to gain unauthorized access to networks, systems, or service infrastructure.
If a user’s activity leads to a valid complaint, materially affects service operation, or gives reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been violated, VPNQN may review the circumstances and take necessary restrictive measures. Any action taken regarding usage does not change the principle that users are responsible for their own published content, access activity, and related legal liability.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
VPNQN maintains its routes and client access, but connection results also depend on users’ local networks, device settings, third-party website rules, and external network conditions. During maintenance or an outage, some routes may be temporarily unavailable, or users may need to switch regions or refresh subscription information to continue using the service. VPNQN does not guarantee that all routes will perform equally at all times or under all network conditions.
If access is disrupted by device failure, incorrect settings, changes made by third-party websites, external network outages, or other causes beyond the service’s reasonable control, VPNQN will provide troubleshooting support where possible, but is not responsible for third-party service content, account status, or business decisions. To request assistance, submit a support ticket through the service dashboard and describe the issue.
Account Restrictions and Termination
Users may stop using the service at any time. If an account is involved in reselling, sharing access with unrelated people, unlawful use, or ongoing disruption of normal service operation, VPNQN may restrict relevant actions, suspend connections, or terminate account access as appropriate. VPNQN may review appeal materials before or after taking action, depending on the circumstances. Matters that must be handled by law will be addressed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
If an account is restricted or terminated, the handling of any existing subscription will depend on the applicable terms and the details of the relevant order. Account termination does not automatically entitle the user to a refund or waive any rights available under applicable law. Users with questions about the outcome may request a review by submitting a support ticket through the service dashboard.
Changes to These Terms and Refund Information
VPNQN may revise these terms in response to service changes or changes in applicable rules, and will publish updates and their effective dates on this site. Users who continue to use the service after an update takes effect are subject to the updated terms. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the service before it takes effect and check your subscription status. Previous matters will be handled under the terms and laws that applied at the time.
For refund conditions and how to apply, please see the Refund Policy.
