Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how VPNQN handles data related to accounts, orders and website use while providing cross-border access and network acceleration subscriptions. Different data is used for different purposes; the sections below describe what is collected, how it is used and how it can be deleted. Please read this policy and the Terms of Service before using the service.
Account and Order Data
When you register, your username and password are used to create your account and verify your identity. No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. If you choose to provide an email address, VPNQN will use it only for account communications or support you request. It is not a registration requirement. Keep your login credentials secure and manage your account through the service panel.
Order records are used to confirm the plan selected, process payment results, verify subscription status and respond to after-sales requests. To operate the service, VPNQN also needs to record plan status associated with your account and summaries of data usage. This allows the service to show your remaining allowance, reset data usage and handle order disputes. These records are not used to reconstruct the websites you have visited.
Connection Data and No-Logs Policy
VPNQN does not record which websites users visit or retain connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's browsing activity. Connections on international routes and account billing records are two different types of information: the former do not create personal browsing histories for later lookup, while the latter retain only the plan, order and usage summaries needed to provide subscription services.
When troubleshooting an issue, support staff may ask you to provide the time it occurred, the route selected, your client environment or an error message. You decide whether to submit these materials, and they are used only to address the related request. Do not include your password or personal information unrelated to the issue in a support ticket.
Cookies, Local Storage and Site Analytics
The website may use cookies or browser local storage to maintain necessary session status, save interface preferences and let you continue using account features across pages. Browsers typically let you view or clear this data. After clearing it, some preferences may return to their defaults, and you may need to log in again.
VPNQN may aggregate website page traffic to understand whether pages are working properly and which content could be improved. Site analytics serve a different purpose from the account and order data described above, and do not constitute records of users accessing international websites. Browser settings may affect analytics or page features; actual behavior may vary.
Payments and Data Sharing
VPNQN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service. VPNQN receives transaction results and associated records needed to complete orders and handle after-sales requests; you are not asked to submit the full credentials for a third-party payment account on this website. Each payment service's own privacy policy governs how it handles information submitted during payment.
To provide the service, respond to lawful requests or address matters related to your after-sales inquiries, necessary data may be processed by service providers responsible for the relevant work. VPNQN shares information only to the extent needed to complete the specific task and does not share records of browsing activity.
Retention, Correction and Deletion
While your account remains in use, VPNQN retains information needed to provide subscriptions, verify orders and handle after-sales requests. After an account is closed or a related matter is resolved, data that is no longer needed will be deleted or de-identified. Transaction records that must be retained by law will be handled after the applicable retention requirements end. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser.
To review, correct or request deletion of account information, submit a request through a service panel support ticket and specify the account and scope of your request. VPNQN will first verify the request's connection to the account, then handle data that can be corrected or deleted. For records still needed to fulfill orders or meet legal obligations, VPNQN will explain what cannot yet be deleted and why.
Policy Updates
VPNQN will update this page if service features or data-handling practices change and indicate the month of the latest update at the top of the page. Significant changes to how data is used will be communicated in an appropriate place on the website. Please review the updated policy before continuing to use the service. If you have questions about a specific practice, you can submit them through a service panel support ticket.
